Is there something like Torrentio without Stremio?

I have a feeling it must exist. Some kind of search-engine that's got all the major trackers right there for you.

Definitely go for prowlarr. you select the indexers you want to search through when you set it up the first time and then you just search for whatever you're looking for in the searchbar and prowlarr will look through all the indexers you've selected and give you the result.

qBittorrent has a search function with many plugins already added and you can download more

prowlarr? kinda sorta, but no easy interface
- Maybe aside from needing to select the trackers you want to search (which is IMO still very intuitive) manually, how is prowlarr not an easy interface? There ia a search bar that you just write in, and that's it.
  
  cloudflare stuff mainly and coupling to rrr friends is understandable but involved process. But compared to streamio, where you search for stuff, select versions and can watch immediately, it is more involved

If you can host a docker container, have a look at Jackett. You can add tons of trackers, private and public and search all at once.
