Pulled so the court case goes away. They don’t want official rulings on the limits of presidential power. Not a reason to celebrate.
The White House confirmed that OMB pulled the memo Wednesday in a two sentence notice sent to agencies and departments, but said that Trump’s underlying executive orders targeting federal spending in areas like diversity, equity and inclusion and climate change, remained in place.
- They should still try to pursue the lawsuits on the basis of damage already caused, if for no other reason than clarity around presidential v congressional power.
- I understand and agree with the general concept of a case being moot when the underlying situation has already been resolved, but sometimes I really wish there was a way for proceedings like this to continue so we actually get rulings.

- Not quite. No presidential candidate got a majority of the popular vote. Trump got more of the popular vote than Kamala did. 49.80% and 48.33% respectively.

  Just because our side sucks it doesn’t preclude the fact their side is much worse.

This will be the basis of US government for the next four years ..... just never ending rage, confusion, fear, and chaos.
Nothing will get done and the rich will just get richer.
