This is supposed to be spelled C-A-P-I-T-O-L.
The spelling with A-L refers to money involved in starting a business endeavor.

Feels like the hiring freeze might have been a poor idea in general, but particularly in a chronically understaffed field like air traffic controller. Blaming DEI, when the cause of the crash was grave human error on the part of the whitest heli pilot in existence, was another unforced error. Scapegoating rather than reforming and strategizing is portentous
This started under the Obama admin, and the towers have been understaffed for a very long time. It's only now that there was an incident. This could've easily have happened two weeks ago, but it didn't.
Maybe Trump shouldn't have made it worse then...
