I live in a country with proportional representation and no "two-party system". We still managed to elect a "scoundrel". Unfortunately, we live in a bad timeline :')

I mean, proportional representation IS good. But it can be better.
- Elected people are directly recallable at any time.
- Accepting a donation from anyone -> Never run for office ever again.
- No people who ever worked in corporate can become politicians.
- Having unfull evidence of misbehaviour or hiding it when asked about it -> Never run ever again.
