I browsed through it and most of it is still applicable.
Sure, and I like the spirit.
But also, drones which are highly capable can be bought for as little as $300.
All of the worlds knowledge of chemistry is immediately available to you.
Even the cheapest shittiest phone has what would have been military grade GPS 20 years ago.
There are published manuals from the US army on improvised munitions too.
And it hasn't been tampered with, unlike a certain cookbook.
I like the subtle enthusiasm.
