In this benchmark yes. And the overall noise seems to be that the 50-series is a bit of a disappointment (it's to be expected really as it's a refinement rather than a whole new architecture like the 60-series will be).

That being said, it does have other improvements in areas like the RT cores so real-world examples will most likely see a bigger gain than 3%.
