TIL That there's a dish in some parts of Southeast Asia called "American Fried Rice"

Typically includes rice fried with ketchup, sausages, sunny-side up eggs, a drumstick and some veggies.
I would actually like to try this!
But can they put it on top of a maple bacon burger, rare, with a pretzel bun? If not, then color this American only mostly impressed

"american fried rice" is very sweet, and they use chopped up hot dogs, not sausages.
Kinda makes me think of Filipino spaghetti. Banana ketchup and hotdogs! Actually not as bad as it sounds.
This is why I refuse to try Jollibee spaghetti.
The only acceptable place for ketchup is on French-fries or hash-browns, and maybe on a burger if sliced tomato isn't available.
Even then, I hate to think about all the goddamned added sugar!!
I think they have this in a Thai cookbook I have. The guy called it 'strip club fried rice" iirc
Kinda like nasi lemak with fried rice instead.
