Which variety of Alocasia is this? It does not have a velvety texture.

I think it is an Alocasia amazonica ‘Ivory Coast’? Or an Alocasia Longiloba/Lowii Pink Dragon?

Looks like a heart to heart plant that I have but mines red. Philodendron Gloriosum
- The leaves didn't have a velvety texture. Do they get that once they mature?
  
  I read that about the texture as well. Don't know about this version but like I said I have a red one and it's smooth looking just like your picture. Also, my bad... says mine is a caladium.
