This is why Trump is targeting auto sector. He and Elon are trying to destroy Tesla's competitors. It isn't for the American people. It is for Elon. Just look at the markets this morning. While all the other auto makers are down, Tesla is up. You know what to do Canada!
- And you too, Europe!

Teslas are more dangerous than the notorious Ford Pinto, we should just ban them completely in Canada, for safety
- Just gotta make them uninsurable.

No idea why the big 3 and auto unions aren't striking or making a scene. Maybe because most of them voted for Trump and are too stubborn to admit they screwed up this bad.
- This fucks the big 3 so bad because their whole supply chain is run through Canada Mexico. They along with their suppliers have tens of billions invested in these supply chains. I would argue it is far CHEAPER to replace a president than to re-tool and invest in a ton of new plants that takes 5+ years to plan get approval and execute not to mention the cost of shutting down these other plants and take massive write-offs for those. They should be working to swing the congress back to Dems on the condition they block and revoke Trump's bullshit tariffs.

That's why it's up to the people to keep protesting, hosting "Jan 6th style tours" of Tesla showrooms, and holding the line until that company goes under.

Destroying big 3 and other competition is a sacrifice Musk is willing to make.

Well that's good news, hopefully nothing bad keeps happening to Tesla's and Tesla dealerships. Or Tesla factories for that matter. That sure would be awful. Just tragic. I mean who would want to see that, who would want to watch gleefully as Tesla's burn? Who would want to destroy the factories of a Elon Musk? Surely not the average people trying to fight against fascism.

Wow, what a crazy random coincidence. I believe that's what the suits on Wall Street call "return on investment."
