I mean, I get your point, but you can pay for an ad that looks just like a google search result to be on the top of certain searches. This will often result in the ad link being the top result in the actual rankings. This is usually what people mean when they shit like this, and paying to be at the top of google search results.
Little thing known as burden of proof says you actually have to back up your claims with evidence if you want to be right. The sealions are just a bullshit excuse to whine when your asshole has more to say than your mouth.
