Today, that customer support channel is hiring again: CEO Siemiatkowski said Klarna has two new agents acting as freelance customer support. It’s also piloting an “Uber type of setup” that lets the workers choose their own schedules and work from anywhere in Sweden, where Klarna is based, at pay starting at 400 Swedish krona ($41.17). Some of these agents, Siemiatkowski said, could even be customers.
Does anyone know what inflation -adjusted starting salary and benefits were, before the AI experience?
We don't really use an hourly wage standard for office jobs in Sweden.
Most people just gets a fixed ammount per month.
But if we try and convert the hourly to monthy pay...
This month is 160 work hours, so lets do some maths...
400*160=64000
That is a very good salary in Sweden.
Something doesn't add up...
EDIT: the CEO talks about these jobs being like Uber or something...
So... like contractors?
