"Reported that a convoy of around 11 Bullet Proof vehicles of Manipur State Commandos including Arambai Tenggol try to forcibly enter and attack a tribal Kuki-Zo border town Moreh. The convoy is currently halted near Tengnoupal district HQ. by women protestors.
We appeal for immediate intervention of the central leaders and central forces to save us from this impending genocide in Moreh."
Arambai Tenggol is a militant Meitei gang founded and led by Leishemba Sanajaoba, a Member of the upper house of India's Parliament and belongs to Prime Minister Modi's political party BJP. The members wear black shirts as their uniform and have been actively involved in the ethnic & communal genocidal violence since Day 1.
Today is the 87th consecutive day of Manipur being converted into a war zone, where no life is safe, and people's dignity is in danger whether they live or die. Morgues are full of unclaimed corpses, because it is too risky for relatives to claim their bodies. Some people haven't been that dignity in their death, and their corpses lie in the streets to be mauled and eaten by stray dogs. Their families left to worry whether they're alive or dead.
Yet Biren Singh's Chief Ministership is untouched, Amit Shah continues to be India's Home Minister, and Narendra Modi continues to be India's Prime Minister.
Why should Western nations continue to open their arms to those who persecute Christians arbitrarily for their faith? No one should live in fear of the state due to their beliefs.
