Could be. Then again considering everyone is probably looking up stuff related to Israel and Palestine all it takes is for one SEO face thumbnail or "controversial" take to get boosted via the algorithm.
Yeah I assumed it was YouTube’s annoying habit of trying to “expose viewers” to multiple viewpoints by serving me Jordan Peterson videos after I watch a democracynow show. It was just weird because all of the sudden I got that one, and a bunch of guys I e never seen offering their reactions to the hamas battle plans that Israel “found”. Mind you I had watched a fair few videos covering Gaza stuff.
