Man I got so excited about this until I saw the group it was posted in
A friend of mine would occasionally find sushi while dumpster diving as well. He'd toss it in the oven before eating though. Seemingly didn't make him sick. Would that be safe to consume?
Of all the ways you can insult Japan with disgracing their sushi culture, this gotta be the worst.

Rotting meat has toxic shit that doesn’t get destroyed by cooking. The bacteria consuming the mean will die, but their poop can still hurt you.
