I hope you wear this to DnD sessions.
- Wish I could! Unfortunately I don't have a group. Even if I did, I don't have a ton of time to commit to it :(
- The health potion made me think it's a D&D cleric, but D&D doesn't have a mana concept, so the blue potion has me confused. It doesn't seem like a WoW outfit, but that's what I would associate mana potions with. Whatever it is, it looks bad ass!
  
  This outfit is heavily inspired by Elden Ring. It's the Tarnished version of my character Astor.

Dude, super happy that you find so much joy in that picture, it's great seeing someone enjoy their hobbies and interests.

I feel no one has pointed out what makes the armor work, i. e. the rough, heavy cloth, really makes it look medieval - at least it's the combination of that cloth and the leather that sells it for me.

May I ask what fabric you used? Some raw cotton or linen?
- So the course basket weave fabric is actually my hood which is a modified kylo ren hood I bought back in 2016. I just looked and the shop no longer sells it.

What's the story with the colored material in the corked bottles?
- They are "potions" red for health, blue for mana.

- It was a photo of opportunity at a very large, sold out renaissance festival. The fact that there are only 2 people in the background is a miracle. Cool your boots buddy.
- It's not really necessary to criticize when they just wanted to share a picture of themselves they enjoyed.
  
  The photo was successful if it made the OP happy after their hard work on the costume.
