Quds News Network is a legitimate news agency, so I'm leaning towards allowing it for now. Twitter isn't the source, it's Quds News Network posting through Twitter.
Agree on being skeptical, not because it’s not plausible, but because we should be skeptical of the firehouse of misinformation going on right now. There’s no journalistic source attached to this, as far as I can see.
But strong disagree on the whataboutism of “name a military that hasn’t done x”, as a way to justify horrible behavior. That’s just depraved.
I’m saying fuck the guy, if that text is the truth. But I’m just seeing one dude in the video holding a single piece of jewelry. Passing it around, and only the cameraman seems to be really into it.
Besides, this is basically a twitter video. And, I don’t trust anything I see on Twitter.
