How do you properly cancel a service (insurance, telecom) in Switzerland?
Is it true that you can only cancel insurance contracts at the end of a calendar year? Do you need to send a registered letter? When?
For telecom services (mobile, home internet), how can you switch providers without too much downtime and ideally without losing your phone number?
