Metal saw is cheap, do two cuts on the top and you'll have the lid to open and drink
The lid is plastic, saw the top of the lid diagonally down until the saw is stopped by the glass, tip the bottle over and empty it out. With no cap now you have reason to not finish the entire bottle.
Would that get plastic in the booze?
It's just plastic zest.
Even if it did, run it through a sieve or coffee filter.
