Seven packages of suspected barnacle-covered cocaine wash up on beaches along Sydney's coast

The first parcel, covered in "significant barnacle growth", was discovered by a member of the public in the Central Coast.

Seven packages of what police believe is cocaine have washed up on beaches between Newcastle and Sydney covered in barnacles.

"Seven! Yep! We found Seven!" said the strangely energetic beachcombers that found the suspected cocaine.
