That's a gorgeous demitasse! And the shot looks great, too. What are you brewing?

  Columbia is usually really good. I roasted one that had apple notes to it. It was amazing, and I've been searching for that flavor note combination since. Thanks for sharing the link!

- Yep! They're based in the city I live in, so everything is quite reasonably priced. I think that deep blue is my favourite colour of theirs.

- It was nice, although fairly mellow because I pulled it 20g:60g (so two 30g singles)
  
  How do you deal with the potential for the shots to unequal in volume?
  
  In a perfect world, you get equal pour from both sides, but despite my efforts, I notice that's not always the case.
