This is the same mirror universe where Netflix created Squid Game as a warning to never create Squid Game, only to then create Squid Game.
Didn't both the movies lose money? At the very least, the second one?

- The first movie made a net profit of like $450 million and I think they're still discussing whether to make a sequel of the second book because everyone said that it sucked ass.
I whish they would forget about the movie and use only the book stuff.

- I did read the first book and it leaned into the dystopian parts a lot more than the movie despite the ending being equally lib. Like the movie has a drone flying in a pizza delivery in the first couple minutes of the movie when in the book everyone eats nutrient paste.

I knew someone who watched that movie as a part of some defense contractor recruitment thing. He was so disgusted he converted to Islam after that. Needless to say he did not take the job.
