No. Almost every meme posted here is not ADHD. It's been raised quite a few times; the concern being self-diagnosers as well as dilution of the disorder. The post simply is not ADHD, nor how it works.
Edit: I'd like to point out what @MrScottyTay pointed out. If many of the symptoms of the single memes are compounding and beginning to make a pattern aware, then it is time to consider looking into it further. Just one alone is not association.
This is aimed at anyone stumbling along from the algorithm that hasn't taken steps to medically enquire about a disorder possibly impacting their life but thought an ADHD-themed meme was them.
Often, the issue is that, no, this isn't ADHD by itself. It's when shit compounds and causes actual disruption of life (the base definition of a Disorder).
Is any individual post a sign of ADHD? No.
But a collection of them could be.
Go make your own community then. Reddit ass mentality. This is Lemmy where you are free to make your own community without fear of some admins shutting you down
And yet we shouldn't fucking gatekeep it because many already explained that the diagnosis system is utter bog shit and many ADHD symptoms are just normal problems but in steroids.
Gate keeping is distinctly NOT answering a question clearly and directly. Stop being upset over something honestly asked and answered. It's pathetic.
Self-disgnosis is absolutely a problem. Pointing out that these are problems that are not exclusive to the disorder is important, regardless of any motivated thinking.
Now please... Grow up and stop gatekeeping discourse.

The one not answering a question clearly here is saltesc, who just claims that none of these memes are ADHD, but refuses to explain why.
And not for the first time, last time they said that it's "easily identified and diagnosed". Yeah, lol, that's why many people only get diagnosed late in life and only after an odyssey... (especially people who were young when ADHD simply wasn't a thing).
Pointing out that these are problems that are not exclusive to the disorder is important, regardless of any motivated thinking.
Basically everybody — read the sidebar — agrees with that. Only saltesc, by claiming that these memes are exclusively non-ADHD, is shutting down discourse.
Grow up and stop gatekeeping discourse.
Literally the only ones gatekeeping here are saltesc and you. Learn what gatekeeping means.
Adhd is not usually diagnosed for one of these symptoms. But if you have a lot of them there's a pattern of likelihood that you have it.
I'm diagnosed and one of my biggest issues with adhd is this reading issue for me. Which also gets compounded with my less than half of the usual short term memory length of around 8 and a half seconds.
Yeah, that's correct. I think most other replies to my comment are missing the point entirely. For those undiagnosed, many are likely to assume rather than enquire, and that's not very good when a huge amount of other health issues produce poor cognitive performance around attention, sleep, memory, etc. Most commonly anxiety, stress, sleep deprivation, and other things that should be addressed.
It's like a pedantic person saying "I'm OCD". It's because they have seen somewhere a single symptom expressive of what people with OCD may behave and then disrespectfully conclude that they must have OCD and take no further action. The truth being OCD is a very difficult thing to live with and often a person will not externalise it with behaviours. It is a strain on how the brain thinks first and foremost and specific behaviours such as being well-organised or pedantic may be an outlet or cope in some cases.
There's a bit of responsibilty to remind and make aware that, such in your case, a compounding myriad of symptoms being prevalent may be an indicator and that this should be a sign to seek professional input as the next step. Just for people to keep that in mind.
I'm not saying the meme is bad, just saying that people remain aware that it is just as likely to be ADHD as it is many other things or simply nothing at all. To exaggerate and simplify, people with ADHD wear socks; wearing socks does not imply "I might have ADHD". It's hard to diagnose for a reason, afterall.

Lol what. You literally said:
"Almost every meme posted here is not ADHD. [...] The post simply is not ADHD, nor how it works."
Any symptom of anything could be this or that or nothing at all. Eyesight getting worse? Maybe you're getting older. Maybe you haven't slept enough. Maybe you've got a tumor. If you feel not well, consult a doctor.
This here is a meme community, not a medical consultation. That doesn't make these memes "simply not ADHD".
Ok so what I’m about to say is my own experience can’t speak for anyone else but IMO with my ADHD it’s basically a normal brain with some attributes for better or for worse are enhanced
Like yeah everyone loses focus sometimes, everyone sometimes just stops processing language, everyone gets distracted by something, everyone gets excited about a topic they like, and so on
But as one of my favorite posts said: “everyone pees, but when you pee 60 times a day you should probably see a doctor”
