You don’t have a representative for your region. The EU parliament is based on proportional representation, so seats are assigned based on the share of votes for a given party.
If you want to contact representatives, the list per country is the highest level of detail available. Personally, I’d start with the person or party you voted for.
However there might still be an MEP who is originally from OP's region and who might be more sympathetic to listen to him. But they arent representing the region.
Usually the MEPs aren't really assigned to a region, but to a topic. For the national parliament, depending on voting system, you will still have local representatives.
I would look up what your representatives are and then check what work groups they participate in and what most fits your issue.
