I mean there are a lot of shithole muslim countries but same goes for christianity. Printing Qurans in a foreign language is just about the mildest form missionary work. I really don't see many issues here. Kuwait has other stuff that is in way more need of criticising.
It's a far better tactic than demanding that governments "take action" against their own citizens for burning the Quran, which those citizens have a legal right to do.

Translations are accepted, but they are seen as human interpretation (because by necessity any translation between languages requires interpretation, even more so for ancient texts). Only the Arabic version is seen as the literal word of god. That’s probably what you were thinking about.
No, of course not. It can be read in any language as long as that is verified translation. The Qurʻan was originally written in the Arabic language and has been translated into most major African, Asian and European languages.
