Nolan had previously accepted a plea deal in this case, but it was rejected by a judge.
Well at least that was a good idea.
Nolan was found guilty of both charges, but the judge dismissed the hate crime enhancers.
Why?
If he hits gen pop he'll have an interesting experience.
