Im so confused why this wouldn’t work and I didn’t see anywhere in the article the actual reason. Can anyone explain it better? Can you not just play a vr video file? Is it blocking the sites? I’m just confused.
My understanding is that it allows you to play planar video from a website, but not (yet?) side-loaded videos that are spherical/hemispherical. And the latter is what these people really wanted for this application.

I saw another comment earlier that said its easy to switch on WebXR, which enables VR Porn, it's just disabled by default.
