It's been raining a bit my bike is now technically a canal boat.

It's not bad until your feet are wet, and once soaked it doesn't really matter. I usually tell people, there's more rain coming from the other side of my clothes to care. Rain just make me faster before overheating. The only time I stop riding is in sparkies.
