Prisoners have all their rights already stripped, and are literally serving their punishment.
- Not even. This is a jail, not a prison. The people who died were not convicted of any crimes, they were awaiting trial.
But but but 1 Russian guy died in a prison! The US doesn't kill its prisoners...
- We deserve a world where nobody murders their prisoners, including Russia
