It feels like they think I just want to upload files for no reason. What's the rush?
Need to use up all your storage before you feel a need to pay for more.
Google Photos keeps notifying me that I'm running out of space and I've used a whopping 26% of my space!
Fun fact, if you use the PixelExperience custom ROM, you get free unlimited photo storage in original quality because Google thinks you're actually using a Pixel phone.
No guarantees they won't delete your account if they figure out. But it worked for me until I finally got another phone.
I have an old Samsung Fold. I looked up if Custom ROMs were installable a few years ago and while it was possible, it killed 1-2 of the cameras(!), so I'm not venturing that route any time soon 😅
