It's called a "loaded baked potato" usually has cheddar cheese, bacon, chives and sour cream or something on top of, you've guessed it, a baked potato. It's so good.
I thought it was a twice baked potato.
Could be a regional thing maybe. I'm in the north east US so that's always how it's shown up on a menu or whatever lol
