Idk who Linda Blair is, but that panel is still hilarious if you just remove the caption at the bottom.

It is still funny. I also like to think of Larsen debating whether enough people would get the joke without the Linda Blair reference. At the time he clearly thought it was helpful.
Well, the girl with the backwards head makes it a little too subtle imo, so the caption helps.
One of the few cultural reference strips, definitely causes it to show it's age.
I'm happy to report that the identical sign I have in my living room has been much more successful. People hardly projectile vomit here at all anymore!
