City Skylines 2 Districts
Setup up districts always slips my mind. Then crime spirals out of control because the police cars are spread all over town. Then I start drawing some cool areas. LOL ;)

Strangely, I've never had a crime issue in CS2, even with 140k+ pop and barely any cop shops.
