Brazilian Lemonade
Brazilian lemonade is so refreshing and perfect to cool off a hot summer day! So easy to make, ready in just about 5 minutes and uses just 2 ingredients.
Here in the states we'd call this limeade. I made this tonight, and it was very good. I used sweetened condensed coconut milk (dairy allergy) and ended up doubling the amount because it was too tart for me with the amount given in the recipe. Your mileage may vary.
I'm brazilian but never had it with coconut milk, definitely gonna try it

Bonus:
I had enough sweetened condensed milk left over for a 2nd batch, but not enough limes, so I subsututed 1 1/2 cara cara oranges.
It's... it's... Orange Julius...
It does smell amazing.
Oh man! I used to love Orange Julius. I will have to try that next time. I bet mandarins would work still.
