It is the first criminal case of its kind since Russia outlawed the so-called "international LGBT" movement last year.

If found guilty, the defendants face up to ten years in jail.
Police raided the club, called Pose, in early March following a request from the local prosecutor.
They were reportedly accompanied by members from a local nationalist group called "Russian Community".
So, local fascists are accompanying the police during detentions? What could go wrong here?

The Press needs to stop calling it "Russia". It's just the next iteration of the Soviet Union. The CCCP with a facade of Democracy and freedom.
