Not saying specific attention to marginalized groups is not needed of course, but I consider that a critical element within collectivization.

No, black people’s generational wealth is the one that has been stolen with slavery, then segregation, then Jim Crow laws and then systematic racism. In order to help black people even have a fighting chance compared to the average white household, reparations are needed particularly for blacks.
Given how Kwasi Kwateng, a black Chancellor of the Exchequer messed up the UK economy in his few weeks in the role and sent our inflation and interest rates soring, I'd say they go their own back at this point.
