You think the insurance guys that sold flood insurance to Dubai are getting bone sawed?

Damn, you think buildings in Dubai carry insurance? I thought this was supposed to be the land of infinite off-loading negative externalities onto marks and suckers while turning everything into a purely financialized revenue stream freedom.
