The judge overseeing the criminal trial of Donald J. Trump said he would be willing to jail the former president if he continued to violate his gag order. A banker who set up the account used to make a hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels is back on the stand.
It's the legal maximum fine. Judge can impose jail time, but didn't this time. There are already four more gag order violations which will be discussed later in the week.
He's already a fucking martyr, it's just a matter of when/where the bastard keels over. His base is riled up enough that no matter how he dies, it will be a conspiracy theory nightmare and probably trigger another january 6th style incident.
The faster he is removed from the public eye, they faster people forget about him and latch onto some other bullshit
That and they'd have to set up room and board for secret service inside the jail along with a host of other security measures to make sure he doesn't get murdered by an inmate.
They may have to put him under house arrest without an Internet or ohone connection. Force all communication with the outside world to go through his lawyers and a probation officer.
The system is functioning exactly as designed, to the benefit of those that designed it and to the detriment of people they consider enemies. Making crime legal for a fee is exactly what it's supposed to do, as that allows the aristocrats to continue regulating the rest of us while giving them free rein.
