Great weekend to kick-off BBQ season

The weather has been kind this weekend, so I cleaned the BBQ and made ribs & wings.

What’s the creamy stuff in the upper right?
- It is potato salad
  
  Looks good but I usually cut the potatoes.
Wine and BBQ, classy as fuck
How was the meat prepared?
- Spice rub on and into the fridge overnight in a vacuum bag. Then in sous vide 74C for 12 hours before going on the BBQ.
