9th of May is Europe Day, is it a big thing in your country?

No, I think today is the first I heard about it, and that's only because the European Commission is on Mastodon now.

That said, I did notice my neighbour across the street flying a European flag - but that might as well be for Eurovision.

I'm German and this is the first time I've heard about it.

Luxemburger here, we get the day off. Yay!

I only knew about it when I was working in Luxembourg as it is a public holiday there.

For Belgium, most people don't know about it.

It's a public holiday in Guernsey, I only found out today.

It is ascension in the Netherlands so a day off. The Friday after a lot of companies have a bridge day and stay closed. Europe day? Wut?
