I don't think this is a capitalism issue, but rather a tech issue or even a human issue. The transition to automation will always be overseen by humans and humans can't always be trusted unfortunately… disappointingly!
- I think it may be a mammal issue. All mammals are predisposed to spying on other mammals via spyware addled electric cars.
