I can't make cinnamon rolls, my stand mixer is in the fridge with chocolate orange crinkle cookie dough in it!
..... is what you used to say before you had a 2nd mixer?
A second stand mixer might be a bit excessive, but another bowl for the mixer could work! I'll have to save for it, but good idea!
