That's not hyperbolic, he legally should be arrested and held the second he sets foot in any halfway law abiding country
Which is why he's coming to the US instead.
We have laws. They just only apply to the peasants.
Hence the "abiding".
The problem is according to the State Department, he hasn’t broken any laws.
