They're not dismantling education, they're leaving it to the states. You know, the states that are constantly shitting away our tax dollars on bullshit. Meanwhile, all those federal tax dollars will be directed to the truly needy: billionaires

Pretty much everything bad in this country is their fault, which is why they're constantly blaming LBGQT people
