Super inefficient design. Most living things tend to be a tube with various bits attached for locomotion. Food goes in one end and poop comes out the other. What are the ends on either side of the face for here?

Actually more about your rather...utilitarian and standardized view of all living beings, which fits quite well with the way a stereotypical engineer thinks afaik 😉
