Amazon union-busting exposed statutory union recognition as ‘not fit for purpose’, GMB conference hears

Amazon circumventing having to recognise a union by just hiring a load of staff they don't need to lower the percentage.

If no legislation is out in place to stop practices like this, all we can hope for is that all the new employees immediately unionise.
