Best small handhelds?

Been looking at the rg35xx sp as a secondary handheld. Any other good handhelds? Looking for a smaller device

- I've heard good things, what's the cfw situation with them? How good do they run stuff?
  
  What's cfw? I have the + variant and just play GBA on it. GBA runs perfectly well. I have MinUI as the OS so it boots up and loads games really quick.

RG353V has served me incredibly well. Works great for systems up to Dreamcast. Plays most PSP games well. Plays DS and earlier Nintendo handhelds perfectly, though I strongly recommend using Arkos if you touch support in the Linux frontend.

  Yeah, the Anbernic RG35XX is under $70 and the RG35XX+ is about $80. Those are super solid choices!
