Damn... is that screen cap from the Smart Refrigerator port of GTA 5?
- Idunno, couldn't find one of higher quality that didn't have some bulky tag in the shot.
- Could be from the PS3 release. Also reminder that GTA 5 is almost 12 years old (released in september 2013)

And yes, it was weird that Nog kept it up with the headpiece even after joining Starfleet.
- I consider it like Ro with the Bajoran earpiece or Worf's sash. A culturally important decoration which gets an exemption.
  
  Behind the scenes, it simplified Ferengi makeup if you could just hang a curtain over the back of the actor’s head instead of having to apply a prosthetic.
