Amen to that! Described my first ever relationship that ended up with me being celebate for 6 years. I thought that was normal couple behavior at the time and I didn't want a part of that.

I tell my spouse that I might be mad but I still love them. Make a huge effort to not stop doing all the little touches of love that I normally do just cause I'm mad. It's us vs the problem, not me vs them.
