- They are pretty freaking big
They look great on you. Try adjusting the clamps' "limiting" screws to make them more comfortable.
- Oooo, okay! One side felt good and while I seem to enjoy some pain with my pleasure, it was a bit too much on one side.
I can't seem to get nipple clamps to stay on. I'm not sure if anyone makes nipple clamps for men but my nipples are way too small for any clamps I've tried.

  No mine are spring loaded and the spring is extremely tight.
