Just checked, and I'm seeing it as full price, and I definitely don't have it.
Is this a regional freebie?
- I think they just make a mistake and FIST was not a freebie for this week

I finished this game last year. It's a solid metroidvania, one of the levels / regions are bit too long later on, but overall it's a fun game.

Shows as full price here in the U.S.
- Maybe because you already have it?
  It shows at full price here, but i have "in library", from a previous giveway
- In Spain too
